* Order Procedures :
Browse our online catalog and feel free to choose the product that you want to purchase then click 'Add to Card' to order. Fill in the order form and don't leave blank the required fields to facilitate us to get in touch with you. We will responds by email to give you a copy of your shopping cart and notice you about the payment.
Once you ready to place your order, we need 50% deposit of your total order in order to prepare and process your order. Payment could be paid in US$ via Bank Transfer to our account.
We will give you regular status reports, quality control, and ensure delivery times are met. Arrange freight forwarding and oversea packing and loading of cargo. With a command of local language and culture, we help you to overcome some of the frustrations and delays associated with foreign buying.
We will inform you when your order is finished and ready to be shipped. Then we need you to complete the final payment. The minimum order is US$300.00 for handicraft and jewellery & US$500.00 for furniture.
We will send you the copy of shipping bill. We'll keep in touch until the order arrives safely and if you haven't found what you are looking for in our website please contact us with a description of the items you desire (photos if possible) and we will provide you with all available information accordingly.
* Payment :
For easy and save the payment, we suggest transfer money by bank. We will send to you the detail of our account into your email. The first, you can pay downpayment, and then upter your order finish you must pay the rest.
Make sure to pay the transfer fee when sending the money as otherwise we want to receive the full amount in our account. Also please make sure to confirm payment by email so we know that the money is on its way and we know who sent it when it arrives.
* Shipping Information :
Shipment could be arranged through air and sea freight CARGO, even DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT as requested.
"Sea Cargo" - Two alternatives are possible :
1. FCL (Full Container Load), That means that buyers will pay for a fix price for a 20 or 40 foot container whatever he will put inside. He can ship the goods whenever he wants, and like that synchronise with he production schedule.
2. LCL (Less than Container Load), Thant means that the buyer cannot fill a full contanier, in this case, the shipping company charge per cubic meter. The container will only be ship, when the container will be full, with other cargo's customers.
"Air Cargo" :
1. Cargo Shipment - If the products has a high value, light weight and small size, and if you has to be fast, Air Cargo is a good solution. The buyer pay per kgs or per volumetric kgs. (depends wich one is the heaviest). Minimum 45 kilos.
2. Fast Shipment - If your shipment is very urgent, you can use some express courier services like DHL or UPS. This is the fastest way to ship goods, door-to-door, but is quiet expensive.
* Time Production :
Normally, our standard production time per container is six weeks. For order less than containers, the standard production time is one month maximum. This depends on the items ordered, the quantity ordered, the date,?
* Taxes :
Every country imposes its own taxes, duties and other administrative fees. Customers are encouraged to contact their local postal service or customs bureau to inquire about possible import taxes. Balicraftonline.com is not responsible for duties or taxes charged by the local government.
* Refund :
When the first deposit is made, no cancellation is possible.
